Custom & Replacement Lampshades
At Lili Marlene Lampshades, creating custom lampshades has been our primary focus for over 25 years. We can create the shade of your dreams using our fabric or yours, or recover an existing shade to give your décor a lift. Additionally we have experience in creating lampshades out of family heirloom objects, such as skirts and pillows.
While we are happy to work with most materials, please be aware that we do not work with Rawhide due to its extensive processing needs.
Lamp & Shade Repair
We provide lampshade repair and lampshade relining.
Don’t throw away your old lampshades when the lining is worn out or begins to tear from age. Many lampshade linings are made out of acetate - a material that wears out more quickly than the outer fabric itself. Relining a lampshade is often less than the cost of a new lampshade and it will last for many more years.
We also provide general shade repair including replacing old and worn harps, changing fittings (washer, Uno and Euro) and light welding.
Please note - Shade fabric must be removed before frames can be welded.
