Lili Marlene Custom Lampshades was founded by Linda Grove, after she fell in love with the art of lampshades on a trip to Europe. When she came home, she learned the making of lampshades was a dying art, but managed to find Emma, the owner of the now-gone Artistic Lighting, to teach her the skills. After 30 years, she found an apprentice of her own and passed on the skills again.
Susan Rahmsdorff-Terry rose from apprentice to owner and now runs Lili Marlene to Linda and Emma’s exacting standards. Whether you’re seeking a custom design, repair, or just a refresh of an existing lampshade, Lili Marlene Lampshades is happy to be of service.
